Cute little shop with some delicious food! We got the tofu banh mi and it was so warm and flavorful. BIG portions as well! The veggies were fresh and perfect and the peanut sauce for the veggie spring rolls was great with big peanuts on top for some crunch. Great and fast service, we will be returning on cold days for the perfect warm banh mi!

I was going to pick up my new puppy and drive through hemet. I was so hungry, so I searched for food. I really felt like vietnamese food, and this place came up. They make banh mi and pho. It was perfect bc I have been craving banh mi! When I entered, I noticed they had a lot of phone orders. I like seeing a small asian business busy. I was completely surprised this gem was in hemet. I ordered a bbq pork bamh mi and the original. The original doesn't have head cheese, but that's alright. They have ham and cha Lua. The bbq pork banh mi was DELICIOUS! I asked for extra mayo butter, and he sure hooked it up! The pork was so robust in flavor, and there was A LOT of meat. It's probably one of the best thit nuong banh mi I've ever had, and I've had A LOT. I travel everywhere for best vietnamese food and this porkneas infused with flavor! However, it may be salty for some people who don't have a good palette and have a very vanilla tongue. Those people I dont usually hang out with. Life can't be bland like your choice of food. I often find that during my travels, people who didn't understand food and accepting in other cultured food, SUCK. I'm rambling! But back to the banh mi, it was amazing! I also got a Thai tea. I don't like sweets very much, but this thai tea was made perfect. I will definitely make my way over here again! It was a pleasure talking to the owner. He spoke to me about his travels to cambodia and food. I can tell he knows what good food really tastes like as the flavor in his food is fire! Well, at least the banh mi

This place altered my brain chemistry. The bang bang chicken sandwhich was delicious. The boba popped and exploded with flavor, other boba Ive had never did that. This place deserves more customers.

Just popped in for a quick snack, wife and I shared a beef Banh Mi...it was big and delicious! As long as my forearm! Beef was tender, juicy, and succulent! Also note that I am half Vietnamese and have been eating Bahn Mi for over 40 years, so I can verify this is a legit Banh Mi sammie! $9.50 is a tab pricy, but its big, and everything costs more these days, ever since Putin invaded Ukraine.

My friends and I have stopped by here for lunch on our way to Palm springs. Located in a large shopping center, so parking was pretty easy to find. It's a pretty small spot, perfect for a quick bite, like lunch!. Somehow I've never tried a Vietnamese sandwich. Asian fusion Cuisine is my top favorite food, so that's why it was surprising. But to no surprise, I loved my meal! They have a variety of pretty cool sandwiches, one of them even comes with a side of pho to dip your sandwich in! My friend had this sandwich and ate it all within minutes. I decided to order the hole cow, that comes with two fried eggs. I was blown away, the combination of veggies with hoisin sauce and meat with a fresh bread bun, it was a perfect combo. And they mastered the runny egg! They also serve a variety of boba tea and milk tea. I didn't order any myself, but my friends did and had only got things to say. I also love that they got fun with the names of all of their different drinks. This was an order at the counter and sit down restaurant, so you don't have exactly a server, but the guy behind the counter was super helpful and very nice, and definitely added to our experience. I would highly recommend this place for Vietnamese sandwiches. If I ever make my way back down this direction, I will definitely stop by again.
